Join me in the glorious Redwood Valley, an intimate woodland retreat on the Welsh Borders, just over two hours from Oxford. Featured in The Times and The Telegraph as one of Britain's top glampsites, Redwood Vallet offers the antidote to hectic, modern living.  Set in a 25-acre valley of ancient woodland and wildflower meadows sloping to a brook, we will have the entire place to ourselves.

 

As you rise early for your yoga session, you will be greeted by a chorus of birdsong and may well catch a glimpse of a deer, or an otter.  During your free time you may like to go wild swimming, explore the valley or simply relax.  As there is no wifi and poor phone reception in the valley, this retreat offer the perfect opportunity to truly switch off.

Yoga and Meditation:

I will be leading Vinyasa Flow and pranayama sessions as well as optional mindful meditation.  

Seren, an elegant and airy yurt will be your yoga studio, if the weather alllows, a clearing in the woods will provide us with a glorious outdoor space.

 

Accommodation:

Elian is a traditional Mongolian ger.  It sleeps 4 and contains one double futon and two single futons.

The Treetop Cabin contains one double bed and a single bed ideal for two friends, or for a supplement of £150 can be booked as a private room.

 

Price: £295 for futons or daybed (bring your own sleeping bag) £310 double beds (bedding included)

Price includes shared accommodation, meals and snacks, four yoga sessions and optional meditiation.

All meals are vegeatrian.  Healthy snacks, fruit & herbal teas will be available throughout the day.

Our maximum group size is size so expect a small and friendly group.
