Is a dynamic and energetic form of yoga based on a progressive series of postures that combine mind, breath and movement to create a moving meditation that has many health benefits including increasing flexibility, improving blood circulation and calming the mind. Emma's classes are a thorough introduction to the Primary Series and can be used as a stepping stone into a full Primary Series Ashtanga class.
is an exciting and dynamic flow of postures that varies in sequence incorporating a variety of asanas, many Ashtanga based, whilst also using the ujjahi breath.
Both style of class have options for beginners.
This style of yoga is best practised with an empty tummy. Emma welcomes students of all ages and abilities.
